生物資訊、蛋白質結構、藥物設計、液體半固體製劑劑型

(1)利用蛋白質結構探討酵素與其活性間的關係

    蛋白質為生物體內用來進行細胞代謝,當蛋白質受影響時其功能就會變差。這些重要蛋白質分子的催化機制與其結構有相當大的關係,蛋白質的活性區可提供有利催化受質的環境以利反應的進行,活性區內的重要的胺基酸會與受質結合產生化學反應並生成產物,所以利用蛋白質結構來探討其與活性間的關係,進一步利用蛋白質工程的方法改造蛋白質,演化出新酵素並應用在醫學、環保、農業和藥物的改良上。

 

(2)利用生物資訊方法進行藥物虛擬篩選

    生物資訊學為應用數學、資訊學、統計學和計算機科學的方法來研究生物,其方法包括對生物學數據的尋找、整理及利用。我的研究重點在生物基因的序列分析(基因組注釋)、比較基因組學和後端藥物標靶藥物虛擬篩選,利用三度空間蛋白質藥物複合體晶體結構的解析分析其藥效基團藥物進行循理性藥物設計研發。
